2009/10 General Rules

GENERAL RULES

1.The name of the club shall be Ashington Co-op Camera Club.

2.Subscriptions shall be £30.00 per annum. Juniors shall pay half and married couples shall pay £40.00

3.Any member whose subscriptions remain unpaid on Sept. 3rd shall not be entitled to any benefits of the club, or enter any competition until the subscription has been paid.

4.Business of the club shall be managed by the Committee, chosen by members at the AGM and shall consist of the following:- Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Competition Secretaries (3), Programme Secretary. The committee shall have the power to add and fill vacancies during their term of office.

5.The Treasurer shall submit an Annual Financial Statement.
