SUMMER SEASON 2011
To save cost and time, all theme presentations will be digital images only. The summer programmed is totally flexible - members are most welcome to suggest other topics, the programme is just a guide.
Photography Course led by Nigel Shuttleworth - approx 6 weeks starting 5th May, £15 per member, 7pm start.
5th May - Theme for May “Corrosion”- Members own workshop on looking at images
Set up groups - all see same PDI’s then discuss - each group give their opinions and why they like or dislike
12th May - Workshops for members using the club laptops and own. “Basic and Higher level skills” in photoshop - hopefully run by Keith Saint (also Photoshop Tennis) ?
19th May - Annual Dinner at The Swan, Choppington
Monday 23rd May - A hardy annual - Night out - Newcastle Quayside using cars
26th May - Look at images of the theme Corrosion - Try out your skills in table top photography - bring in subjects and your gear.

11th -16th July - Masonic Hall Exhibition is on - we will require volunteers and Tombola prizes.
14th July - Macro night - members bring in your gear and subject matter
21st July Workshop on lighting - flashgun or flashguns by members using remote triggers?
Monday 25th July Night out South Shields or Tynemouth using cars
28th July - look at images of theme live music” Members own workshop on looking at images

"Whose images are these" – images brought in and displayed and members find author.
11th August – Get lighting equipment out and experiment camera gear required

25th August - look at images of theme Summer nights
